From a Pharmacy Student to an M.Pharm Scholar.

My journey in pharmacy has been a journey of dedication, learning, perseverance and continuous growth. I completed my B.Pharm with First Class with Distinction from RSM’s N. N. Sattha College of Pharmacy.
Throughout my academic journey, I consistently worked towards my goals. I secured 87 percentile in GPAT and qualified NIPER and GATE, which motivated me to pursue higher education and explore greater opportunities in pharmaceutical sciences.
Today, I feel proud to continue my journey at the same institution as an M.Pharm student in Pharmaceutics. Being able to pursue my postgraduate studies in the college where I built my foundation as a pharmacy student is truly special to me.
M.Pharm has given me the opportunity to explore advanced pharmaceutics, formulation development, novel drug delivery systems and pharmaceutical research. I aspire to develop my skills further and contribute to the pharmaceutical field through research, innovation and continuous learning.
I am sincerely thankful to my teachers, mentors, family and my college for their constant guidance, encouragement and support.
My journey is still continuing, and I believe that every achievement is simply a stepping stone towards a bigger dream.

My B.Pharm Journey at RSM’s NN Sattha College of Pharmacy

My journey at RSM’s N.N.Sattha College of Pharmacy has been one of the most important, memorable, and rewarding chapters of my life. I completed my B.Pharm in 2025, and my college years gave me much more than academic knowledge—they helped me develop confidence, discipline, practical skills, and a clear vision for my professional future.
Throughout my B.Pharm journey, I gained valuable knowledge through academic learning, practical sessions, projects, seminars, presentations, and interactions with teachers and classmates. These experiences helped me understand the practical application of pharmaceutical concepts and strengthened my communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional skills.

One of the most memorable milestones of my college journey came during my last semester in 2025. I was fortunate to receive a campus placement opportunity with Macleods Pharmaceuticals, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. Through the campus placement process, I was selected for the Quality Control (QC) Department as a Quality Control Officer.

Being selected during my final semester was a proud and motivating moment for me. It gave me the confidence that the knowledge and skills I had developed throughout my B.Pharm journey could be applied in the real pharmaceutical industry. It was also my first important step toward building a professional career in the pharmaceutical field.

My college played a significant role in preparing me for this opportunity. The strong academic foundation, practical exposure, guidance from teachers, and overall learning environment helped me approach the placement process with confidence. The support and encouragement of my teachers throughout my college journey will always remain special to me.

My experience at college also taught me that success is not achieved overnight. It is the result of consistent learning, hard work, discipline, and making the most of every opportunity. From attending lectures and practical sessions to participating in projects and finally securing a campus placement, every step of my B.Pharm journey contributed to my growth.

I am truly proud to be an alumnus of RSM’s NN Sattha College of Pharmacy and grateful for everything the college has given me—the knowledge, experiences, friendships, guidance, confidence, and memories that I will carry with me throughout my career.

My Message to Current Students
My message to all current pharmacy students is simple: Enjoy your college journey, but also use these years to prepare yourself for the future. Focus on building strong fundamentals, take practical sessions seriously, participate in projects and seminars, improve your communication skills, and learn beyond textbooks.

Most importantly, believe in yourself and make the most of every opportunity your college provides. Your first opportunity may come through campus placement, an internship, higher education, research, or another career path—but the preparation you do during college will always be valuable.

My B.Pharm journey taught me that with the right guidance, consistent effort, and determination, opportunities can turn into meaningful beginnings.

From being a pharmacy student to securing my first professional opportunity through campus placement, my journey at RSM’s NN Sattha College of Pharmacy will always be a chapter I look back on with pride and gratitude. ❤️🎓

My journey in B Pharmacy and MBA in Pharma and Healthcare management

My career journey has been a combination of pharmaceutical knowledge and healthcare management. I completed my Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), which gave me a strong foundation in medicines, patient care, and the healthcare profession. To further develop my management and leadership skills, I pursued an MBA in Healthcare Management, which helped me understand the broader aspects of healthcare administration, operations, and management.
A major milestone in my journey has been combining my pharmacy background with healthcare management knowledge. This has allowed me to develop a broader perspective of the healthcare industry and understand how clinical knowledge and effective management can work together to improve healthcare delivery.
Currently, I am working as a Pharmacist, in the INDIRA IVF where I apply my pharmaceutical knowledge in supporting patients, ensuring the safe and appropriate use of medicines, and contributing to quality healthcare. My academic background in healthcare management also helps me look at healthcare challenges from both a professional and managerial perspective.
My advice to current pharmacy students is to focus on building strong pharmaceutical knowledge while also developing communication, leadership, and management skills. Explore different areas of the pharmacy and healthcare industry, gain practical experience, and continue learning beyond your degree. If you have an interest in management, an MBA or other specialized qualification can open additional career opportunities.
Pharmacy offers a wide range of career paths, and with dedication, continuous learning, and the right mindset, you can build a fulfilling and successful career in healthcare.
